WSLSA is proud to support Diverse Women in Law in delivering an empowering and practical workshop for students who identify as diverse women.
This workshop is open to law students who self-identify as women, non-binary, or gender-diverse, across all stages of their legal studies and careers, and who also self-identify as being from one or more of the following underrepresented backgrounds:
Culturally and linguistically diverse persons
Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander persons
LGBTQI+ persons
People living with a disability
People who are or have experienced socioeconomic disadvantage
People with caring responsibilities
What to expect on the day:
A panel discussion with representatives from top-tier commercial law firms
A live mock interview demonstration with real-time feedback
Insight into what firms are looking for and how to present your best self in an interview

Students who attend this event will also be invited to a follow-up mock interview session on Wednesday 30 July at WSU Parramatta South Campus, where they will be paired with a firm representative for a one-on-one mock interview and real-time feedback.
