About the Competition

The Mistry Fallahi Cup is a new internal WSLSA competition in commercial mediation, launching in 2026.

Competitors work a mediation problem in paired roles as client and counsel, before a mediator, with an assessing panel providing feedback.

Inside the Cup

A relaxed, collegiate introduction to mediation advocacy that mirrors the APCMC, so the experience is directly transferable.

Students compete in paired roles as client and counsel.
A mediation problem is worked before a mediator.
